Our Mission
Treebath’s mission is to reconnect people with nature through evidenced-based Forest Therapy programs that improve mental health and well-being.
Forest Therapy
Treebath is the premiere provider of Forest Therapy Programs that use a nature connection to improve mental health. Treebath’s Forest Therapy programs are based on research-backed methodologies that demonstrate how time in nature improves your physical and mental health.
“My walk exceeded my expectations. I came on the Forest Therapy walk to be connected with the earth and learn about how I can enjoy nature. It exceeded my expectations. It was very enlightening and taught me to be more in tune with my natural surroundings.”
~ Denise M.

Forest Therapy Practitioner (FTP) Training & Certification
Treebath’s Nature and Forest Therapy Institute (NAFTI) has developed an ACE accredited training program where you can learn those skills needed to apply Forest Therapy for improving mental health.
“I loved the training. I now have a strong understanding not only of what Forest Therapy is, but the underlying theory and framework, and how to apply it in real world scenarios to help others. I'm looking forward completing my practicum and am eager for the next steps to see my own practice take root.”

Forest Therapy for Children
Treebath’s proprietary curriculum provides a means for schools and educational institutions to introduce children to the benefits of Forest Therapy and get them the outdoor time they very much need to thrive.
