Refund Policies

Forest Therapy Training Programs: For Hybrid and Virtual Training Programs, you may cancel your registration up to 45 days prior to the start date - by notifying us in writing at youmatter@tree-bath.com.  There is a non-refundable cancellation fee of $500. You will receive your applicable refund within 15 business days of receipt of your notice of cancellation. After that time, due to the propriety materials and content of each Treebath Training Program, registrations fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other person. If Treebath is caused to cancel any Training Program due to an unforeseen, and uncontrollable circumstance, including but not limited to, pandemic related closures due to local, state or federal law, prolonged internet or telecommunication outages, or acts of god, your registration payment will be applied towards a future program as soon as programs are able to resume.

Forest Therapy Sessions:  You may cancel your purchase within 24-hours of registering for a program by notifying us in writing at youmatter@tree-bath.com for a full refund.  You will receive your applicable refund within 15 business days of receipt of your notice of cancellation. After that time, Forest Therapy Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other person.

Make-up Classes

Due to the circumstances, we do not currently offer make-up classes if your are is absent from any program.

Illness

While being in nature boosts our immune system, please stay home if you have any of these symptoms:

• A fever over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Individuals with a fever over 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit will not be permitted to participate.

• Signs of possible severe illness such as fever, uncontrolled coughing, difficulty breathing, wheezing, persistent crying, or lethargy.

• Diarrhea.

• Vomiting; once you have vomited, please do not return to a program for a minimum of 24 hours.

• Any sort of rash, especially when accompanied by a fever or behavior change.
